Our story

I did not come to that idea from a brochure. I grew up in it. My great-grandmother ran a nursery and landscape business. That is where my dad first learned the work with his hands. My mom worked at a local national plant nursery when she was young. After they married, they built a growing operation and then stepped into Tropical Temptations Landscaping. That is where I learned the business — not as a theory, but as a daily standard: what a yard looks like when someone actually cares, and what it looks like when nobody does. For a long time I watched both. Properties that could have been proud sit unfinished or half-maintained. Good work installed, then quietly collapse because no one stayed with it. Employees “working” a property without seeing it — clocking the visit, never understanding they were handling the face of someone’s home, someone’s business, someone’s name. That is what wore me down. And that is what set me in motion.

I did not start Meadows Management Enterprises to “do landscaping.” I started it to push back against that slow slide into neglect. To lay out a finished outdoor space and hold it there. To set a standard so high that the work stops being one more service option and becomes the way a property is supposed to look.
